sound healing with himalayan bowls
Rajkumar Bhaat is an Indian musician, folk music curator, yoga practitioner and sound therapist, and he learned his singing-bowl practice in Nepal. For two hours he plays Himalayan and Tibetan bowls and a gong, with guided breathing, meditation and time to lie still. No experience with meditation or sound is needed, and the evening is donation-based. Friday 2 October, 19:00 to 21:00.
