LISTEN · BLINDFOLDED DINING · THURSDAY 19 NOVEMBER The second edition of an evening of exploring flavours and sounds without the sense we rely on most, sight. A guided, blindfolded dinner of five courses, one for each of the five tastes, cooked by Gypsy, with live music to match each dish, before time at the end to share and reflect together. Hosted by Niamh Padma with Gypsy and TEJÁ House. The musician for this edition will be announced here. THE TICKET Choose what you pay, between 60 and 80 euros. Because the dinner is served blindfolded, tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you register, and the kitchen will plan for them. Thursday 19 November, 19:00 to 22:00.
