Gypsy, the kitchen at TEJÁ House, is a wandering kitchen that finally found its place, Anatolian and Mediterranean. For this evening it lays one long table, and Kedi Sultan plays through the dinner: the oud carried over electronic machines, in a sound billed as oriental ambient, minimal and slowly changing.
