Resonance · cello meditation + ecstatic yoga

Join us for a nourishing journey through live cello meditation, yoga, ecstatic dance, and deep relaxation. We begin with a guided meditation accompanied by Hadas Kleinman’s live cello, gently awakening the body through a yoga flow guided by Gili Saar. From there, we open into free movement and ecstatic dance, carried by Gili’s live DJ set, before returning to the mat for a closing live cello meditation with Hadas. Throughout the journey, the cello becomes a thread weaving each phase together, inviting us to soften, move, expand, release, and return. No experience is needed. Come as you are.
